It's always good to know that you can contact someone with questions and
concerns by phone, email, forums, or live chat. Having these options
gives our customers peace of mind knowing that they can talk to a real
person in any way they feel comfortable. Use the information provided
below to guide you to the right place. Make sure that if you are an
existing customer you have your Customer ID handy. You will be asked
for it and it makes support easier. If you are an affiliate please have
your VENCODE ready as you will need it to verify your affiliate account.
You can contact us by phone anytime you have questions. We provide
support over the phone for systems you have bought from us and for
systems that we have repaired. Our phone representatives will require
your Customer ID and your DR (Detailed Repair) Number.
Our sales and billing department may also need your Invoice ID.
You can also get support by visiting the Community
or using our live support feature which can be used for support and
billing questions. You may even use our live help to setup accounts and
start new services!
You can send us an e-mail to inquire about our products and services
and to get help with your PC, web hosting account, or any other topic
you may need help with. When contacting us with spport issues please
remember to include your Customer ID and your DR (Detailed
Repair) number so that we can better assist you. When asking about
sales or billing you may need to include your Invoice ID so that
we know what bill you are refering too. Remember, not to include
sensative information like, Credit Card Numbers, Social Security Numbers,
or any other private information.
